Stephens CSM is a free online resource that allows for the interaction between Stephens College students or alumnae and potential employers. The system has a variety of functions, listed below, available to students/alumnae and employers. Student/Alumnae Functions:
- Discover the one-stop part-time job link.
- Explore career opportunities by city, state, or even worldwide!
- Search for employers by company name.
- Create your own Job Agent that will contact you
when it finds jobs you
might be interested in. - Search for internships, part-time jobs, full-time jobs, and seasonal work.
- Sign up for campus events, such as:
- Career Fairs
- Interviews
- Workshops
- Seminars
- And more!
- View important career-related announcements.
- Track where you have applied and your status in the application process.

Employer Functions:
- Create your own company profile.
- Add business contacts.
- Post available job/internship opportunities.
- Search qualified applicants’ resumes.
- View active/expired job/internship postings.
- Host seminars, workshops, and interviews on campus (contact Marsha Stivers, Career Services & Internship Programs Assistant to have information posted to students).
