The Health Connection

The Health Connection, a community health and wellness resource center, is located on the north side of Hillcrest Hall on the Stephens College campus.

In partnership with the Health Connection, Stephens offers on-campus fitness facilities for students, faculty and staff.

Health Connection services include:
• Group fitness classes (ex. Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga)
• Cardiovascular and strength equipment
• Massage therapy
• Personal training
• Travel Connections (Travel education and vaccinations)

Stephens fees:
• $27, faculty/staff monthly membership
• FREE gym use/$5 group fitness classes for students; Students may purchase a punchcard for $20 (10 classes).

The Health Connection, which caters to the Columbia community including senior citizens, is run by the School of Health Professions at the University of Missouri-Columbia. The center is ranked among the Top 10 wellness centers by the National Council on Aging.
