Ana Ximenes is the President of Four2One, Inc., and an experienced executive with a 29-year consulting career dedicated to delivering visible, measurable, step-change results for clients. She excels in Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, and Organizational Development. Ana is known for forming lasting partnerships based on trust and has built a strong reputation for designing and executing cultural change initiatives that make a lasting impact, particularly for Fortune 500 companies.
Ana graduated from Stephens College and earned her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She resides in the Castle Rock, Colorado area. As a compassionate leader, Ana has been involved in several philanthropic projects in Latin America and Africa, served as the past National Spina Bifida Association Board Chair, and has been an enthusiastic supporter of iDE since 2011. Today, as the President of Four2One, Inc., she brings big-company skills to small companies, continuing her legacy of impactful leadership and business development.
