About Barbara Borntrager

Barbara works in the Operations department, overseeing facilities and security, collaborating with those teams on a regular basis. She was born and raised in St. Louis with her parents, two older brothers, one younger brother, and sister. Barbara moved to Columbia to attend Mizzou, where she graduated with a degree in Agricultural Education. The job market was tough at the time, with little to no openings in that field, so she began working in the nonprofit sector and has been there ever since. Barbara met her husband, Eddie, here and now has three wonderful kids—Vince (9), Lena (6), and Dean (2.5).
