Lyndsy Richardson serves as an Advancement Officer at Stephens College, where she is responsible for building meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, and community partners to advance the College’s mission and philanthropic priorities. In this role, she develops personalized engagement and strategies that align donor passions with the impactful work of Stephens. Lyndsy brings a relationship-centered approach to her work, combining strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to creating authentic connections that inspire investment in student success and institutional growth.
With more than a decade of experience in relationship development, finance, and grant management, Lyndsy has a proven track record of cultivating partnerships and managing complex projects. Prior to joining Stephens, she held leadership roles in banking, nonprofit organizations, and event management, where she built extensive client portfolios, managed high-performing teams, and led initiatives that strengthened community engagement. Her background in grant administration and data-informed strategy, combined with her passion for service and collaboration, positions her to effectively support Stephens College in expanding its culture of philanthropy and creating opportunities for students to thrive.
