Non-degree seeking adult students who wish to take a class may do so by completing this form. Application must be approved before applicant can enroll.

Please note that payment is required prior to confirmation of your enrollment. You may use your credit card to pay for your classes online. Your payment will not be processed until your enrollment is approved.
