PANCE Outcomes

Stephens College PA Program’s Five Year First Time Taker Average Pass Rate for Program is 95%. The Stephens College Physician Assistant Program is committed to educating and preparing future physician assistants for excellence in healthcare. The program continues to demonstrate success on the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE). The most recent performance of PA graduates, the cohort of 2025 achieved a 97% first time pass rate compared to the national first time pass rate of 91%.
