You can call her tenacious (though she prefers Jen). As Manager, Brand & Design for Republic Services, a Fortune 500 leader in environmental services, Jen leads a team of talented designers focused on building a cohesive, impactful brand across a wide range of touchpoints. She brings creativity, strategy and sharp execution to the table—driving design solutions that not only elevate the brand but also support business goals. With a passion for visual storytelling, Jen helps translate complex ideas into clear, compelling experiences that resonate with customers, employees and stakeholders alike. She’s a lifelong learner, and her boundless curiosity has led her to diverse worlds, including dance, acting, sports and finance. She is equally fervent about philanthropy and has steered design efforts for several nonprofits, especially those focused on youth empowerment and women’s advocacy.
