About Kristy Simpson
Kristy Simpson is the Director of Recruitment and Retention for the Conservatory for the Performing Arts. Previously, Simpson was the Admissions Navigator for the Conservatory, and prior to that was the administrative assistant for the School of Creative and Performing Arts and School of Arts and Humanities. She spent a decade as an operations manager for multiple e-commerce companies prior to joining Stephens. Simpson received the HE Wilkerson Award in 2020 and serves as the chair of the Staff Advisory Council for Stephens College. Alongside her work with Stephens, Kristy provides administrative support to the College of Fellows of the American Theatre and sits on the board of Columbia Entertainment Company as vice president.
