About Laura Stevens

Laura joined Stephens College in 2021 as the Associate Vice President of Finance and Administration and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in May 2024. In her current role, she leads critical campus functions, including Facilities, Security, Information Technology, and Auxiliary Operations, ensuring alignment with the College’s mission and priorities.

With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, Laura has earned a reputation for building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff. She is an active leader in professional organizations, having served on the Executive Boards of both NACAS and NACS, where her dedication has been recognized with multiple awards. Her expertise and innovative approach have made her a sought-after speaker on topics such as sustainable dining practices, digital course material solutions, and elevating customer service standards.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts from Greenville University and a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University. Her passion for operational excellence and student success continues to drive her impactful work at Stephens College.
