About Mackenzie Petty, ’20

Mackenzie serves as the Executive Operations Manager in the Office of the President at Stephens College. In this role, she provides high-level support to the President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and other senior leaders—coordinating executive operations, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of both the President’s Office and Academic Affairs.

Prior to this role, Mackenzie was the Assistant Director of Philanthropy and Engagement at Stephens, where she supported alumni and volunteer outreach, managed event logistics, and contributed to communications efforts.

Mackenzie is a proud alumna of Stephens College, where she earned a BFA in Fashion Communication. Returning to campus in a professional capacity has brought her journey full circle, and she is honored to support the leadership of the institution that shaped her academic and personal growth. She lives in Ashland with her husband and enjoys running, strength training, and spending time with her family and friends.
