About Maureen Driscoll

Maureen Driscoll is a comedy writer whose television credits include Jimmy Kimmel Live, the MADtv re-boot and the Nickelodeon Game Show BrainSurge, which earned her a Daytime Emmy nomination. She has also written animation and game shows, and her ten-minute play The Last Laugh had its Los Angeles debut in January 2020, right before no one was allowed to sit inside a cramped theater anymore. She is the author of twenty-five books and made her television acting debut in January 2023 at the tender age of 59. She has an MA in legislative affairs from George Washington University and a BA in journalism from the University of Oregon. She’s a member of both the WGA West and SAG-AFTRA.
