About Shannon Dobson Fopeano
Shannon Dobson Fopeano is a Los Angeles-based TV writer and film professor. She is a member of the WGA, a graduate of Northwestern University, the Disney/ABC Writing Program, and the Stephens College MFA in TV and Screenwriting. Her credits include writing staff positions on shows for Disney and Freeform as well as ONCE UPON A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE (Hallmark) and I LIVE ON YOUR VISITS (short film). Shannon is committed to creating greater inclusivity on the screen and her scripts often involve neurodivergent kids, true love and family crises – all of which come from adventures in parenting and her years as a reality TV producer.
