The Information Technology (IT) Department at Stephens College plays a pivotal role in maintaining and managing the technological backbone of the campus.
This encompasses the comprehensive network and server infrastructure that powers various systems across the college. The department is responsible for overseeing the wireless network that ensures seamless internet connectivity in the dormitories, the operation of state-of-the-art computer labs, and the functionality of advanced instructional technology. Additionally, the IT team manages the campus-wide telephone systems, facilitating communication for both students and staff.
The IT Department is dedicated to supporting the campus community in a wide range of technological needs. They offer assistance with Stephens College-provided credentials, email accounts, and the Canvas learning management system. IT support extends to troubleshooting issues related to self-service portals, resolving wireless connectivity problems, and ensuring that students and faculty can effectively utilize the printing services available on campus.
